We are excited to begin service on the Cincinnati Dinner Train. We are looking forward to welcoming our guests back starting Saturday, July 11th. We have taken great measures to do our part to combat the spread of COVID-19 and have made enhancements to ensure the safety of our guests and employees.
OUR PLEDGE TO YOU
-Guests will be seated with six-foot distancing or by a physical barrier.
-All dining tables, chairs, & tabletop items have been cleaned and sanitized prior to guest arrival. Disposable one-time bar menus available upon request. Walk-up bar service has been discontinued; all beverages must be ordered through your waitstaff.
-Touchless payment is now accepted on board.
-Capping a total number of guests on board.
-We have provided ServSafe® to our employees.
-Employees will perform a daily COVID symptom assessment and stay at home if they are symptomatic.
-Employees will wear facial coverings.
-Employees will regularly wash their hands.
-Hand sanitizer or hand cleaning materials will be available in common areas.
WHAT WE ASK FROM YOU
-If you have been exposed to COVID-19 recently or have symptoms of COVID-19 (including a fever, cough, chills, muscle pains or shortness of breath), please help us keep everyone safe by cancelling your reservation and staying home.
-Guests will be asked to maintain distancing when standing in line for check-in and boarding. Do not check-in until everyone in your party has arrived together. Please willingly follow the physical distancing and sanitary guidelines that have been put in place to protect you and our other guests and employees.
We will also be working extremely hard to ensure your time with us is comfortable and we want nothing more than for you to have an amazing, memorable, & safe Cincinnati Dinner Train experience!
